Robert Lemle’s Copperwood Real Estate through the entity RSL 1388 Second LLC paid Shari Field Taub’s Domax Realty Corp. $6 million for 1388 2nd Avenue in Lenox Hill. The deal closed on February 26, 2020, and was recorded on March 2, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, more than six families with stores (C7) and containing 9 residential units. The property is 6,000 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 18,750 square feet, according to a PincusCo analysis of public records.
