Consortium for Worker Education borrows $9M from Build NYC Resource for condo units in Chelsea

Consortium for Worker Education as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Build NYC Resource Corporation valued at $9.4 million to purchase and rehabilitate 2 parcels, including the tax class commercial condominium unit (R5) at 305 7th Avenue in Chelsea. The deal closed on January 1, 2020 and was recorded on February 4, 2020.

The DOB issued a major alteration (A1) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building on June 11, 2013.
