Condo at Trump International sells for $15M

The entity Peter’s Creek Partners III LLC paid $15.1 million to Giouliar Abdoullaeva and other individuals for condo (SC) unit at Trump International Hotel and Tower 1 Central Park West in Lincoln Square, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 8, 2021 and was recorded on June 19, 2021.
The property has 3,663 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $4,122 per the PincusCo analysis.

Within a 400-foot radius of 1 Central Park West, PincusCo identified one commercial real estate item of interest occurred over the past 24 months.
It was a new building permit issued on March 26, 2021 for a 173,561-square-foot residential building with 123 residential units residential units at 7 West 60th Street.
