The entity Schunior LLC paid $12.7 million to Michelle Allen Jacobs through the entity Plantation Road LLC for condo (SC) unit 46C at Trump International Hotel and Tower at 1 Central Park West in Manhattan.
The deal closed on September 17, 2021 and was recorded on October 1, 2021.
The property has 4,462 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,846 per the PincusCo analysis.
