Pamela Ehrenkranz through the entity Cpw Terrace Trust paid $17.2M for co-op unit 1920E in the Beresford at 211 Central Park West in the Upper West Side, Manhattan.
The deal closed on August 11, 2021 and was recorded on August 26, 2021.

The signatory for the sellers Amanda Green, Estate of Phyllis Green, Bonita Porte Heyman, Janelle Sperow, and The Adam Green 2012 Trust was Amanda Green. The signatory for Pamela Ehrenkranz was Pamela Ehrenkranz.
