Co-op unit at 895 Park Avenue sells for $12.25M

Alexander Brodsky and Katherine Rheinstein Brodsky paid the estate Of Jacques Leviant $12.25 million for cooperative unit 8/9B in 895 Park Avenue in the Upper East Side. The deal closed on January 27, 2020 and was recorded on January 31, 2020.
Alexander is an executive with the Brodsky Organization, and Katherine is an interior designer and owner of the design store KRB. The unit was listed for $20 million in October 2018, ultimately taken off the market and then relisted in September 2019 for $13.5 million.
