City of New York pays $7M to Two Trees Management for condo unit in Fort Greene

City Of New York paid Two Trees Management’s 20 Lafayette LLC $6.5 million for a condominium unit at 300 Ashland Place in Fort Greene. The deal closed on December 4, 2019, and was recorded on December 17, 2019.

The city acquired a condominium unit that is the “cultural unit.”
