City files plans for $3.2M project at Zero Irving in Union Square

New York Economic Development Corporation, on May 20, filed plans for a $3.2 million project relating to interior renovations at 124 East 14th Street just east of Union Square, Manhattan. The building, which is called Zero Irving, was developed by RAL Development and topped out in 2020.

The plans call for a rehab of the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00727637.

The project is described in the filing as: filing herewith mechanical work in conjunction with interior renovation as per plans. No changes in use, egress, or occupancy.
