Chaim Rosenwasser signs a 49-year lease with purchase option for industrial building in Sunset Park

Chaim Rosenwasser through 222 45 Vaeg LLC, as tenant, signed a memorandum of lease with landlord Gedeliah Zlotowitz through its entity Mesorah Publications Ltd for 1 parcel, including the tax class light manufacturing building (F5) at 222 44th Street in Sunset Park. The memorandum was signed on June 13, 2019 and was recorded on November 14, 2019
Rosenwasser signed the 49-year lease on March 26, 2019. The lease contains a purchase option that expires in five years.
The property contains a total of 39,600 square feet of built space.
Rosenwasser borrowed $15 million from S3 Capital in June 2019.
