Chaim Drizin files plans for 94-unit resi building, 81-unit resi building in Crown Heights
Chaim Drizin, on October 21, filed a permit application for construction of a 94-unit, 96,556-square-foot residential building at 600 Crown Street and a 81-unit, 123,171-square-foot residential building at 630 Crown Street in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
The plans call for the construction of the two largest residential buildings, in terms of number of dwelling units, in Crown Heights this year. In total, there have been eight new building plans filed in the neighborhood this year.
The first plans call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story building at 600 Crown Street and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00608472. The development site spans two tax lots.
The project is described in the filing as: new seven-story residential building with cellar and sub-cellar.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have 11 dwelling units. Floors two through six will each have 14 dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have 13th dwelling units.
