Cerberus Capital Management managing director Jonathan Gallen and Amy Gallen paid Wells Fargo CEO Charles Scharf and Amy Scharf $12.7 million for 101 Central Park West in Lincoln Square. The deal closed on February 10, 2020, and was recorded on February 21, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class cooperative (D4).

This is unit 12E. Gallen recently sold his Upper West Side townhouse.
