In total, Xu bought 9,408 square feet of development rights at $149 per square foot.

The plans call for the construction of a 75-foot tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00785605.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 175 feet.

The plans are described in the filings as: new building.

Floors three through six will each have 10 dwelling units in building A and 11 dwelling units in building B. The seventh floor will have eight dwelling units in building A and seven dwelling units in building B. The cellar will have 52 parking spaces.
