Centaur Properties obtained financing of $101M from Deutsche Bank

Centaur Properties through the entity Wc 28 Realty LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Deutsche Bank Ag, New York Branch valued at $100.7 million for 38 parcels, including the tax class commercial condo recorded in Acris (CC) and containing 36 residential units at 527 West 27Th Street in Chelsea. The deal closed on May 31, 2019 and was recorded on July 19, 2019.
The property contains a total of square feet of built space.
The average loan per unit is $2,797,281.
