Abraham Jeremias and Cedarbridge Realty Group paid $22.9 million in two transactions to the family of Harry Silverstein.
In the first, Abraham Jeremias and Cedarbridge Realty Group through the entity 261 Lenox Road LLC paid Harry Silverstein Family’s Trio Realty Associates, LLC $14.8 million for 261 Lenox Road in Flatbush. The deal closed on August 14, 2020, and was recorded on August 18, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, semi-fireproof (without stores) (D1) and containing 120 residential units. The property is 105,136 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 129,136 square feet.
The sale price per unit is $122,992.
The contract date was March 24, 2020. The seller signatory was Eric Silverstein. Last week Alma Realty recorded two purchases from Harry Silverstein family for $20.5 million. Abraham Jeremias bought an $8 million building from Silverstein last year in Flatbush. The signatory for the buyer was Abraham Jeremias.

The deal closed on August 14, 2020, and was recorded on August 18, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, semi-fireproof (without stores) (D1) and containing 66 residential units. The property is 74,016 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 74,016 square feet.
