Cary Tamarkin, CL Investment Group sell unit at 555 West End Ave. for $12M

An entity called The Rocky Trust #1 paid Cary Tamarkin and Chinese investment company CL Investment Group’s SHS Upper City NY II LLC $12 million for condo unit THS at 555 West End Avenue in the Upper West Side. The deal closed on December 27, 2019, and was recorded on January 7, 2020.
