Carmelo Giuffre borrows $13M from Toyota Motor Credit for showroom development in Clinton

Carmelo Giuffre through the entity 677 Eleventh Avenue Realty, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Toyota Motor Credit Corporation valued at $13.4 million for 2 parcels, including 677 11th Avenue, 660 12th Avenue in Clinton. The deal closed on February 28, 2020 and was recorded on March 6, 2020.

This $13 million is adding to existing building and project loan tranches previously given.

Over the past five years, there has been one NYC Department of Buildings permit application filed for this parcel valued at more than $20,000. There has been one new building permit application totaling 31,591 square feet.
