Carlyle Group through the entity Townhouse Rental II, L.L.C. paid $2.3 million to Oren Hakim through the entity 64 Group LLC for three-unit walkup building (C0) at 64 Granite Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on October 4, 2022 and was recorded on October 11, 2022. The property has 2,700 square feet of built space and 2,304 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 5,000 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data.
