Daniel Conway’s Seagram Properties through the entity London & Leeds LLC paid Capital One $2.9 million for 70-01 Forest Avenue in Ridgewood. The deal closed on January 16, 2020, and was recorded on January 30, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class bank building with or without parking (K7).
