Cammeby’s signs $30M refi loan with Bank Leumi for mixed-use complex in Coney Island

Cammeby’s International Group through the entity 532 Neptune Commercial LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Bank Leumi valued at $30 million for the mixed-use complex (OT) at 532 Neptune Avenue in Coney Island, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on October 20, 2021 and was recorded on November 12, 2021.
The property has 80,620 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $372 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for Cammeby’s International Group was Avi Schron.
