Camber Property Group through the entity Nueva Era Housing Development Fund Corporation as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Greystone Funding Company LLC valued at $9.4 million for 2 parcels, including the tax class multifamily, over six families without stores (C1) and containing 34 residential units at 287 and 289 Audubon Avenue in Washington Heights. The deal closed on December 22, 2020 and was recorded on January 26, 2021.
The average loan per unit is $277,300. Rick Gropper was the signatory for Camber.
