California investor Edmund Jin pays $35.3M to 60 Guilders for commercial condos in Garment District

California investor Edmund Jin through the entity 20W33rd Building LLC paid 60 Guilders’s 20 West 33rd Street Property Owner, L.L.C. $35.3 million for four commercial condominiums at 20 West 33rd Street in the Garment District. The deal closed on October 15, 2020, and was recorded on October 22, 2020. The transaction consists of 4 parcels, including the tax class residential condo (multiple) recorded as sold in Acris (MC).

The contract date was August 27, 2020. Edmund Jin owns E&E Co. Ltd. a furniture and showroom company based in Fremont, California. The signatories for 60 Guilders was Bastien Broda. Real Estate Weekly reported the transaction was for 56,000 square feet, but did not disclose the buyer or sale price.
