A group of buyers including Jonathan Unger, Chloe Unger and Gladys Galer paid $4.3 million to Dianne Arnold through the entity 107 Kent LLC for the three-unit building (C0) at 107 Kent Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on August 10, 2023 and was recorded on August 15, 2023. The property has 4,780 square feet of built space and 224 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 4,998 square feet according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The city-designated market value for the property in 2022 is $4.7 million.
