Bushberg Properties through the entity Brooklyn Tami LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Dime Community Bank valued at $15 million for 3 parcels, including the tax class miscellaneous open space (Z9) at 128 32nd Street, 140 32nd Street, 162 32nd Street in Sunset Park. The deal closed on November 18, 2020 and was recorded on December 21, 2020.
