Bruchy Lefkowitz signs $32M refi for newly built 90-unit building in Fort Greene

Bruchy Lefkowitz through the entity Vanderbilt Neighborhood Realty LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Greystone & Co. through the entity Greystone Select Company II LLC valued at $32 million for the newly built 90-unit building at 58 Vanderbilt Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on June 25, 2024 and was recorded on August 1, 2024. The prior lender was Popular Bank which held debt that had an original loan amount of $33.3 million.
The signatory for Bruchy Lefkowitz was Jacob Kinraich and Bruchy Lefkowitz. The signatory for Greystone & Co. was Tricia Baker.

On the tax block of 58 Vanderbilt Avenue, PincusCo has identified the owners of two of the three commercial properties representing 223,332 square feet of the 363,369 square feet. The two identified owners are Bruchy Lefkowitz and L+M Development Partners.
On the tax block, there was one new building construction project filed totaling 71,721 square feet. It is a 90-unit, 71,721 square-foot residential (R-2) building submitted by Bruchy Lefkowitz and filed by Bruchy Lefkowitz with plans filed November 12, 2019 and permitted November 5, 2021.

The PincusCo database currently indicates that Bruchy Lefkowitz owned at least one commercial property with 90 residential units in New York City.
