BRP Companies through the entity BRP Development Corp. submitted a new building construction project for a 400-unit, 288,320 square-foot residential (R-2) building at 163-25 Archer Avenue in Jamaica, Queens. The plan was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings on December 9, 2024 under job number Q01118133. It calls for the construction of a 22-story building. The project is described in the filing as: 22 story residential mix use new building with a community facility use on first floor. Mary Serafy, director of development at BRP Companies, filed the plans. The architect is Perkins Eastman.

This new project is adjacent to BRP’s recently completed, 605-unit rental building at 163-05 Archer Avenue, which launched a housing lottery several months ago, Yimby reported.

BRP purchased 163-25 Archer Avenue for $35 million on January 11, 2018.
