The Brooksville Company and Dixon Advisory through the entity NRL URF LLC sold the three-unit building (C0) at 308 Clermont Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn for $4.1 million to a residential buyer.
The deal closed on April 7, 2026 and was recorded on April 14, 2026. The property has 3,720 square feet of built space according to a PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $1,102 per the PincusCo analysis. The former owners according to the Department of Housing Preservation and Development includes Andrew Kane, head officer and Christopher Kacy, site manager. The business entities are Pinnacle City Living and Nrl Urf Llc.

The parcel has frontage of 20 feet and is 73 feet deep with a total lot size of 1,467 square feet. The zoning is R6B which allows for up to 2 times floor area ratio (FAR) for residential with inclusionary housing. The property is in the Fort Greene Historic District. The city-designated market value for the property in 2022 is $4.2 million.
