An affiliate of the Brooklyn Home Company, a home builder, through the entity 306 6th Ave LLC signed a contract with the church Mission for Today Holy Tabernacle for the development site (M1) at 306 6th Avenue in Park Slope, Brooklyn. The parcel is occupied by a church built in 1895. The building has a series of Department of Buildings violations. The parcel is not a city landmark.
The memorandum of contract was dated November 18, 2021 and was recorded on December 1, 2021.

Bill Caleo, founder of Brooklyn Home Company, is a grandson of Marvin Sands who was founder and CEO of Constellation Brands, which is now a global, public, Fortune 500 spirits company. The ownership company, 306 6th Ave LLC, is located at the building occupied by Constellation Brands in Victor, NY. The Sands family operates a charitable foundation with an address at the same corporate headquarters as Constellation Brands, as well.
