BK Heights 210 LLC paid $12.8 million to David Slaven through the entity 271 Hicks Street LLC for the single-family townhouse at 271 Hicks Street in Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn.
The deal closed on June 17, 2021 and was recorded on August 19, 2021.
The property has 5,202 square feet of built space and 43 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 5,248 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $2,450 and the price per buildable square foot is $2,429 per the PincusCo analysis.
