Brookfield ups debt to $224.2M in refi with Standard Chartered for office building in Battery Park City

Brookfield Properties through the entity Bop One North End LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Standard Chartered Bank through the entity Standard Chartered Bank valued at $224.2 million for the office building (O6) at 1 North End Avenue in Battery Park City, Manhattan.
The deal closed on May 13, 2021 and was recorded on June 15, 2021.
The property has 502,000 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $446 per the PincusCo analysis.

The signatory for Brookfield Properties was Ralph Toussie.
