Brookfield finishes $7M rehab of multiple floors at 300 Madison in Grand Central

Brookfield Properties, on June 16, completed a $6.8 million rehab of five floors at 300 Madison Avenue in Grand Central.

The plans, pre-filed on April 2, 2019, call for a rehab of floors 30 through 34 of the 533-foot tall, 36-story, building. The plans were permitted on November 1, 2019.

The project is described in the filings as: demolition and installation of partitions, ceiling and door modifications and related construction work as per plans. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $6,765,939.

The architect on the application is John C. Workley of Vocon.
