Brookfield pays $4M to SL Green Realty for vacant lot in Penn Plaza

Brookfield Property Partners through the entity BPREP 33/34 Parcel LLC paid SL Green Realty’s SP West 33-34 Hotel Parcel LLC $4 million for 321 West 33rd Street in Penn Plaza. The deal closed on March 31, 2020, and was recorded on April 2, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class land not zoned residential or Manhattan below 110th Street (V1). The parcel(s) have total development potential of 26,240 square feet.
The average sale price per square foot is $152.

SL Green purchased the parcel in 2005 for $4 million. The parcel is adjacent to a hotel and the Olivia rental building owned by SL Green.
