Brodsky Organization ups debt by 50 percent to $82M in Lincoln Square refi

Brodsky Organization through the entity 200 West 60th Street Associates, LLC as borrower upped its debt by $29 million or 54 percent, in a loan agreement with lender Wells Fargo valued at $82.1 million for 3 parcels, including the tax class commercial condominium unit (R5) and containing 249 residential units at Concerto at 200 West 60th Street in Lincoln Square. The deal closed on April 9, 2020 and was recorded on April 14, 2020.
The debt was then assigned to Fannie Mae.
The average loan per unit is $329,586.
Brodsky Organization increased the debt from $53 million in 2011 to $82 million in this transaction. The new loan was provided by Wells Fargo and assigned to Fannie Mae, as was the prior loan.
