Brodsky Organization through the entity Park South Tower Associates, LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender AXA Equitable Life Insurance Company valued at $35 million for 2 parcels, including the tax class condominium rentals (RR) and containing 498 residential units at South Park Tower at 124 West 60th Street in Lincoln Square. The deal closed on May 1, 2020 and was recorded on May 15, 2020.
The property contains a total of 441,871 square feet of built space.

AXA provided $35 million in new debt. The existing $110 million provided by AXA in 2014 remains in place.
