The entity 40 Bleecker Phd LLC paid $18.9 million to Broad Street Development through the entity 304 Mulberry Street Operating Company, L.L.C. for condo (SC) unit PH D at 40 Bleecker Street in Noho, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 2, 2021 and was recorded on June 21, 2021.
The property has 4,247 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $4,446 per the PincusCo analysis.
The signatory for Broad Street Development was Raymond Chalme and Anthony Breault. The signatory for 40 Bleecker Phd LLC was Robert S. Frankel.
