Brisa Builders through the entity Brisa Cornaga LLC as borrower signed a new construction loan with lender Bank of America valued at $41.4 million for the 92-unit development project at 19-19 Cornaga Avenue in Far Rockaway, Queens.
On the lot, there is one active new building construction project, 420667264, for a 92-unit, 53,496 square-foot R-2 building. The project was submitted by Brisa Builders and filed by Ericka Keller with plans filed April 2, 2020 and permitted December 10, 2024.
The deal closed on December 30, 2024 and was recorded on January 21, 2025.
The owner bought the property on April 24, 2020, for $2.5 million. The signatory for Brisa Builders was Ericka Keller. The signatory for Bank of America was Kate F. Mann.
Violations and lawsuits
There were no lawsuits or bankruptcies filed against the property for the past 24 months. In addition, according to city public data, the property has not received any significant violations in the last year.
