Brigham Park cooperative through the entity Brigham Park Co-Operative Apartments, #3, Inc. as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Valley National Bank valued at $11 million for 2 parcels, including the tax class cooperative (D4) and containing 306 residential units at 3105 Avenue V, 2190 Brigham Street in Sheepshead Bay. The deal closed on July 29, 2020 and was recorded on August 25, 2020.
