Branko Mustac through the entity Astoria Tower 31 LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender JPMorgan Chase Bank Na valued at $15.0 million for 2 parcels, including the tax class commercial condo recorded in Acris (CC) and containing 65 residential units at 31-72 31st Street in Astoria. The deal closed on May 8, 2020 and was recorded on May 13, 2020.

The average loan per unit is $230,769.

The DOB issued a major alteration (A1) initial temporary certificate of occupancy for the building with 65 residential units on February 17, 2016.
