BLDG Management borrows $20M from M&T Bank for commercial properties in Queens

Lloyd Goldman’s BLDG Management through the entity Partnership 1995 II, L.P. as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender M&T Bank through the entity Manufacturers And Traders Trust Company valued at $20.2 million for 8 parcels, including the tax class two-story or store and office (K2) at 32-01 30th Avenue, 97-01 63rd Drive, 106-16 71st Avenue, 97-21 Queens Boulevard, 101-04 Queens Boulevard, and others in Queens. The deal closed on October 29, 2019 and was recorded on November 6, 2019. The properties have a combined 118,471 square feet of existing and available development rights.
The average loan per buildable square foot is $171.
