In the first, Black Spruce Management through the entity 47 W 71 LLC paid John Schreiber’s S & E Realty Corp. $2.3 million for 47 West 71st Street in Lincoln Square. The deal closed on November 17, 2020 and was recorded on December 9, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class multifamily, converted dwelling or rooming house (C5) and containing 10 residential units. The property is 4,390 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 4,390 square feet.
