Bizzi & Partners sells condo for $12.5M in Soho
The entity 565 S16b Broome LLC paid $12.5 million to Bizzi & Partners Development through its Broome Property Owner Jv LLC for condo (SC) unit S16B at 565 Broome Street in Soho, Manhattan.
The deal closed on June 10, 2021 and was recorded on July 14, 2021.
The property has 3,576 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The sale price per built square foot is $3,482 per the PincusCo analysis.

One of those five items was a loan which Yaniv Garbo borrowed $6.2 million from Broome Street Servicing LLC secured by the N/A-square-foot, three-unit mixed-use building (S2) on 574 Broome Street on October 22, 2020.
