Billionaire Carl Stefan Erling Persson, chairman of H&M, paid $93 million for 106 Prince Street and seven condominium units at 114-122 Greene Street. The seller was the Irish investor Aiden Brooks and his Tribeca Holdings, which bought the same package in 2018 for $82.5 million.

Persson, through the entity 114 Greene Street LLC, C/O Ramsbury, paid $93 million for 8 parcels, which were the five-story building at 106 Prince Street and neighboring retail condos at 102 Prince Street and 114-122 Greene Street. The deal closed on October 1, 2019 and was recorded on October 17, 2019.
