Billionaire Carl Stefan Erling Persson, chairman of H&M, through the entity 114 Greene Street LLC, c/o Ramsbury as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Credit Suisse valued at $65 million for 8 parcels including 106 Prince Street and neighboring retail condos at 102 Prince Street and 114-122 Greene Street in Soho. The deal closed on October 1, 2019 and was recorded on October 18, 2019.

The last time the property sold was February 12, 2018, for $82,500,000.
