Besyata Investment Group through the entity Pulse Bedford Development LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Bank Hapoalim valued at $38 million for 1 parcel at 100 Lenox Road in Flatbush. The deal closed on September 29, 2020 and was recorded on October 15, 2020.
