Bartlett Dairy through the entity Jughandle Realty, LLC paid City of New York’s New York City Economic Development Corporation $4.1 million for 161-02 Rockaway Boulevard in Jamaica, Queens. The deal closed on July 16, 2020, and was recorded on July 31, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel.
