Badr H. Saiban through the entity 592 Morris Park Avenue Partners LLC paid $2 million to Faruk Kojic through the entity 592 Morris Associates LLC for eight-unit residential walkup building at 592 Morris Park Avenue in Van Nest, Bronx.
