Avery Hall Investments through the entity Union And Nevins LLC paid $3.1 million to Oronzo Sardone through the entity Bay Ridge Iron Works, Inc. for mixed-use building (K2) at 305 Nevins Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn. This is adjacent to other Avery Hall development parcels.
The deal closed on August 19, 2021 and was recorded on August 31, 2021.
The property has 5,040 square feet of built space and 0 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 4,800 square feet according to PincusCo analysis of city data.
