A Friendly Face, an autism services provider, through the entity Castleton Management LLC paid $1.9 million to Flagstar Bank for the retail building (K7) at 1214 Castleton Avenue and an adjacent parkinglot in West Brighton, Staten Island. The expected use is owner-occupied.
The deal closed on December 23, 2025 and was recorded on January 22, 2026. The two properties have 11,990 square feet of built space and 11,087 square feet of additional air rights for a total buildable of 18,587 square feet according to a PincusCo analysis of city data.
