Aurora Capital Associates through the entity 40-56 Tenth Owner LLC as borrower signed a refi loan with lender Deutsche Pfandbriefbank through the entity Deutsche Pfandbriefbank Ag valued at $140.0 million for the office building (O6) at 40 10th Avenue in Meatpacking District, Manhattan.
The deal closed on September 28, 2021 and was recorded on October 14, 2021.
The property has 131,297 square feet of built space according to PincusCo analysis of city data. The loan price per built square foot is $1,066 per the PincusCo analysis. (The price per square foot analysis is the transaction price divided by square feet as reported in public records and assumes no air rights have been sold.)
The signatory for Aurora Capital was Robert Cayre.
