Atlas Capital Group through the entity Park Row Owner LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Arbor Realty Trust through the entity Arbor Realty Sr, Inc. valued at $109 million for 6 parcels, including the tax class miscellaneous open space (Z9) and containing 322 residential units at 15 Park Row and 19 Ann Street and in Financial District. The deal closed on January 21, 2021 and was recorded on February 2, 2021.
