Atlantic Development Group pays $8M to Daniel Frank for property in Highbridge

Peter Fine’s Atlantic Development Group through the entity 1475 Macombs Rd, LLC paid Daniel Frank’s Sjf Macombs Realty, LLC $7.6 million for 1450 Cromwell Avenue, Cromwell Avenue in Highbridge. The deal closed on November 27, 2019, and was recorded on January 13, 2020. The transaction consists of 2 parcels, including the tax class licensed parking lot (G6).
